This one-time fee covers the process of converting your logo, artwork, or design into a format that can be embroidered on hats and other apparel.

Our team manually prepares and optimizes your artwork to ensure clean stitching, proper sizing, and professional embroidery results.

Important Information

• This fee is charged only once per design.

• Reorders using the same design do not require another setup fee.

• The setup fee is waived when ordering 10 or more hats with the same design.

• Minor text changes or artwork modifications may require a new setup fee.
